Senior Pastors Mike & Kathy Hayes

Dr. Mike Hayes is the founding and Senior Pastor of Covenant Church. Pastor Hayes committed his life to Jesus Christ and the call of ministry at an early age. This calling has taken him around the world as a beloved evangelistic minister, pastor, author, and radio and television host. Pastor Mike married Kathy Parker in 1973. After the birth of their first child in 1976, Mike and Kathy moved to the Dallas, Texas, area to follow a dream to establish Covenant Church. Together they serve the people of Covenant as well as the people of Churches in Covenant all over the world with a passion and heart for seeing lives change through relationship with Jesus Christ.

Campus Pastors Ricky & Cyd Texada

In 1988 while pursuing a corporate career in the insurance industry, Ricky Texada joined Covenant Church and began volunteering in the youth department. In 1995, Ricky joined Covenant’s staff as the Director of Small Group Ministries after serving in various volunteer leadership positions. Today, Pastors Ricky and Cyd Texada serve as Campus Pastors for Covenant Church Colleyville. Theirs is a story which highlights God’s grace, mercy and restoration power at work for those who are willing to place their hope and trust completely in Him. Their passion is to develop and encourage people in their commitment to Christ and each other.
